Doug Heisserman – Maui, Lanai & Molokai
Doug has spent over 40 years of his life mainly in the construction field.
His background is from a carpenter, to earning a Degree in Construction, to an owner/operator of a renovation business for 30 years. His business required knowledge of every aspect of a complete home and the customer needs.
From the design, permitting, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, to the finishing touches he has the experience. He enjoyed working on renovating and restoring different styles of homes from Victorians to Contemporaries. With his own Real Estate investments and the management of his rental properties, Doug has experience in the various types of Real Estate transactions. He understands that the Inspection is a critical component of the Real Estate Investment decision and contract negotiations. He also has 30 years of involvement with Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation.
